Welcome to the Laurence Singers website
We are a mixed choir of about thirty singers, based in South Manchester, who sing a broad repertoire of music ranging from sacred choral music right through to folk songs, spirituals and 'songs from the shows'.
Though the majority of our concerts are given in the South Manchester area, we are happy to travel to anywhere in the Greater Manchester and Cheshire area.
We sing at weddings, funerals, fund-raising functions for churches and charities and we also organise our own concerts where we often sing major choral works such as Haydn's 'Creation', Vivaldi's 'Gloria' and Karl Jenkins' 'The Armed Man', the latter with small orchestra.
